You’ll ride on a Trek Brand mountain bike, the Marlin 5 that’s been designed to be both comfortable and durable. This bike is a trail-worthy daily rider that’s perfectly suited for everyday adventures, on and off the trail. We have a full range of bike sizes available for you to choose from, and the helmet is also included in your tour.
You will be led by an English-speaking guide who offers local insight, pursues great experiences, and makes every tour exceptional. Our guides are well informed about the local culture, history, and religions of the area where you are biking and are skilled at passing that knowledge on to you.
Cold water, local snacks, and fresh fruit are included in the tour price to keep your energy levels up while riding, as well as alcoholic beverages with Canapé, will be served onboard.
The evening include with a unique Khmer tradition boat service at the Angkor Thom moat.
A support vehicle that follows the day’s route and will stop at various locations to distribute refreshments, and in case you want a break from riding, you can hop on a van.

Before you book your activity with Siem Reaper, you should check all the details about the tour and whether it is available. Bookings have required a minimum of 24 hours in advance. To sign up for a tour please provide us with your full name, country, destination, tour date, number of participants, accommodation, room number, email address, and any other information that we request. You will then receive the tour booking confirmation via email.
The prices of the tours are displayed on the site and are liable to change at any time. All tours can be customized in the currency used on the website.
The adult has to pay the full price of the tour with Siem Reaper. If you are a travel group or family, please contact us, we may provide a special price for the tour that you book with Siem Reaper.
Siem Reaper’s tours are designed to suit all participants of all levels of experience, fitness, and ages. Therefore, we welcome children to participate in the tours and can provide any necessary equipment. If you are joining as a family, an adult must accompany the children. In addition, we have special prices for children:
● Age 1 to 5 years – %50 off
● Age 6 to 12 years – 20% off
● Age 13 to 15 years – 10% off
You have to complete your booking with the specific date and correct information. Once we have received your tour booking details, our booking expert will send you the booking confirmation. If you have any problem while processing your booking please contact us, our team are happy to assist you at any time.
Once you submit a booking form, we confirm your booking via email. Payment must be made in full when you arrive at our office or at our travel agencies. The payment is accepted in cash with US Dollar or Cambodian Riels. Unfortunately, we cannot take online payments at the moment.
Booking cancellation is notified within 48 hours before the tour start. 1 day or day of departure cancellation will be charged without refundable. If the customer cannot be on time or in a case of missed pick up, please contact us: +855 (0) 70 718 652 or send an email to us: hello@siemreaper.com immediately.
Medical facilities in Cambodia is rather limited, so it is imperative for you to take out a good medical insurance policy when you travel to Cambodia. The insurance should at least cover the cost of an evacuation flight out of the country, and medical and emergency evacuation. Siem Reaper highly requires our participants to have a proof of purchase of an adequate travel insurance policy cover in order to participate in any of our activities such as cycling, motorbike ride, camping, and any adventure tour.
Guests have applied to participate in tours that involve biking, walking, camping and other outdoor adventure sports, thus you acknowledge that the activities involve known and unanticipated risks occasionally, which could result in physical injury, paralysis or permanent disability, death, and property damage. Therefore, you represent that you have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage you may suffer or cause while participating in these activities, or else you agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage by yourself. Siem Reaper has no responsibility for any losses or damages while participating with us.
We may revise these booking conditions at any time by amending these terms. However, we ask you to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as you will be subject to the conditions in force at the time that you use our website.
