We always have your safety and well-being in mind. The COVID-19 crisis showed how well our emergency mechanisms work: all of our guests came back home safe and sound, and their feedback confirms that they felt they were in the best of hands with us at all times, even in this difficult situation.
Your safety, health, and well-being are our top priorities. We take into account the current recommendations and requirements of the authorities regarding the travel situation (under COVID-19). Our partners have also undertaken to conscientiously implement all country-specific measures and hygiene standards. These include, for example, mandatory mouth and nose protection, the provision of disinfectants, and compliance with distance regulations. Your local guide is at your side as a competent contact person throughout the trip.
Sanitizer is provided for each guest in a pocket-sized refillable, which we’ll top up each day to use at your discretion. A reusable and rinseable facemask is also supplied to each guest, but you can also bring your own alternative face covering if you prefer.
We offer our guests the option of rebooking the trip to a later date, free of charge. If you still want to wait, we will be happy to issue you a voucher for the equivalent of your deposit that you can use for any future trip around the world. If you do not make use of these offers, we will refund the payments you have already made.
