Because Kep Beach is relatively short at 300 meters and, unlike many of the most beautiful beaches in Cambodia, does not offer the classic Caribbean feeling. This island is located about 4.5 kilometers from Kep and is also called Rabbit Island. You can reach the island by a longtail boat that will bring you to the island from Kep port. Since many tourists take a day trip to Koh Tonsay, we recommend you to stay for a night on Koh Tonsay. Because the island is small and so it gets a bit crowded during the day on the main beach of the island, where your boat is also docked. However, if you are looking for secluded little stretches of beach, we recommend that you just explore the island on foot. In this way, you will discover the most beautiful beaches on the island and at the same time get an impression of the mangrove forests. However, you should expect that the circumnavigation of the island will not be an easy walk, but is characterized by partially overgrown paths.
